DESCRIPTION:The Harford County Council Meeting was Held On Tuesday \nThis was my first meeting.  I was surprised by the formality of the meeting. \nNew members were added to the veteran and disability groups. \nSeveral people spoke to: \n\nVoice concern about the lack of shuttle buses between Aberdeen and the Harford Community College. It takes some people 3 hours to get to and come home from Harford Community College\nComplain about the new 3 minute time limit for individual speakers and 5 minutes for people representing a group\nComplain about how President Slutzky used his podium to deny the effects of climate change\n\n  \n
